During his tenure there, Cesar developed a reputation for his proven track record of success for his clients and his advocacy inside the courtroom. His commitment to helping others inspired him to reach even further.
In 2021, Cesar was extended an offer to work at the State Attorney's Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit, as a prosecutor. Cesar accepted the position with the goal and intent of furthering his trial skills and experience as he worked to promote fairness and justice, while at the same time honing his trial skills from the opposite side of the courtroom from which he had come. Cesar gained additional invaluable experience as he worked closely with law enforcement agencies, reviewed investigations, and evaluated cases to ensure that justice was served, whether it meant pursuing formal charges or dismissing based on lack of evidence. In his time there, Cesar quickly arose through the ranks and became one of the more senior prosecutors and was involved in the handling of a multitude of various cases.
