Michele Diglio-Benkiran was destined to be a Business and Real Estate Law attorney. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family she learned and absorbed business from a very early age. Coming from a hard-working family of entrepreneurs, her father was among the largest and most successful business brokers in Florida. It was through these beginnings that Michele caught the bug for business.

So many attorneys only understand the law surrounding business, but Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran, having owned several successful businesses of her own, has a true understanding of the challenges, nuances, and issues that are involved in owning a business. This real-world experience has been invaluable in representing clients and their interests. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran's business have been wide ranging, including distribution company, a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company, a personal service business and title companies. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran is not just an attorney, but she is also a businesswoman herself, who understands the fundamentals of business and what it takes to make one successful, legally and practically.

Real Estate Attorney Diglio-Benkiran handles both litigation cases and transactional matters. Whether it's non-compete violations, partnership breakups, contract disputes, buying and selling business, drafting or litigating contracts, or dealing with corporate governance matters, she's been there and done that.

A significant portion of Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran practice is dedicated Real Estate Law. For over two decades, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran has represented a vast array of clients, both commercial and residential, in real estate matters. These include acquisition and sales, commercial condominium developments, homeowner/condominium associations, leasing, financing, and real estate related litigation cases. Handling everything from foreclosures, quiet title actions, partitions, ejectments, closings, transactional matters, tax deeds, homeowner associations, commercial development, and investor representation Ms. Diglio-Benkiran's has the vast and varied real estate experience to assist most clients regarding their real estate related matters. She has a special interest in investor/wholesale clients who she assists by "cleaning up" properties that contain various encumbrances, code violations, defects, tax liens, or judgements, which need to be eliminated as to clear title.

Attorney Diglio-Benkiran, in addition to her vast practical experience, is also a member of Residential Real Estate & Industry Liaison Committee for the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar, Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys Council, and The Fund. Her title insurance agent credentials include being an authorized title insurance agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, CATIC, as well as, WFG National Title Insurance Company. Ms. Diglio-Benkiran has been a television commentator and guest lecturer at multiple real estate agencies teaching and instructing their agents the legal fundamentals of real estate. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran was formerly a Partner at NeJame Law, P.A., and is now "of counsel" with NeJame Law, as she opened up her own independent law firm, Legal Counsel, P.A. She is the recipient of various accolades and recognition awards.

Among Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran most prized accomplishments is being a dedicated wife and mother, as well as being an ordained Minister.
