With over 19 years of legal experience, Ryan Vescio brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his clients. His practice includes handling complex criminal defense, cyber security and cyber law matters, civil litigation, victim's rights advocacy, and family law matters. As a state attorney for 15 years, Ryan managed an array of challenging cases, ranging from high-profile murders to harrowing child abuse and sex trafficking matters. This daily exposure to intricate legal issues sharpened his ability to quickly master complex case details and navigate the court system with confidence. He cultivated a vast network of attorneys, judges, and expert witnesses whose insights enhance his practice to this day.

Ryan's extensive courtroom experience and steadfast focus on his clients' best interests make him a trusted advocate in criminal and civil proceedings. He is particularly passionate about representing victims and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected. In family law cases, including divorce and custody disputes, he provides compassionate yet strategic guidance to help clients achieve positive outcomes. With a background in cybersecurity and computer forensics, along with serving as a former instructor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Computer Analysis Response Team, Ryan has a strong background in cyber law matters, representing both businesses facing cyber breach matters and individuals who are victims of cybercrime.

Ryan is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Supreme Court of Ohio. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a member of the Nova Law Review and served as the Honor Court Chief Prosecutor.

Ryan is licensed to practice in all Florida and Ohio courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and is actively involved in the Orange County Bar and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Ryan is also involved in the Florida Bar as he currently serves as Secretary of the Criminal Law Section Executive Committee and an appointed member of the Florida Bar Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee.

Ryan, his wife, and their six children—three boys and three girls—enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling as a family.
