With a background in cybersecurity and computer forensics, along with serving as a former instructor for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Computer Analysis Response Team, Ryan has a strong background in cyber law matters, representing both businesses facing cyber breach matters and individuals who are victims of cybercrime.
Ryan is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Supreme Court of Ohio. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a member of the Nova Law Review and served as the Honor Court Chief Prosecutor.
Ryan is licensed to practice in all Florida and Ohio courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and is actively involved in the Orange County Bar and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Ryan is also involved in the Florida Bar as he currently serves as Secretary of the Criminal Law Section Executive Committee and an appointed member of the Florida Bar Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee.
Ryan, his wife, and their six children—three boys and three girls—enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling as a family.
