Hi, I'm Ryan Vescio, and I'm proud to be a partner in the legal team here at NeJame Law. With over 19 years of experience as an attorney, I've dedicated my career to seeking justice, promoting the rights of my clients, and helping them navigate some of the most difficult times in their lives. For 15 years, I served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting some of the most serious and complex cases, including homicides, child abuse, and human trafficking.That experience taught me how to manage high stakes cases with care, precision, and integrity. It also gave me a deep understanding of the legal system and how to use it to fight for the people I represent. Today, my practice spans criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, victims' rights, and cyber law.I am especially passionate about helping those who have been harmed, whether through crime, negligence, or injustice. I also help clients navigate sensitive family law issues like divorce and custody, where strong, steady advocacy truly matters. I bring additional expertise in cybersecurity and computer forensics.I served as an instructor with the FBI's Computer Analysis Response Team examiners, and now represent individuals and businesses in matters including cyber crime, data breaches, and online threats. Whether in the courtroom or behind the scenes, I am a thorough, prepared, and relentless advocate. My goal is always the same: to deliver results rooted in fairness, justice, and compassion. I'm admitted to practice in all Florida and Ohio Courts, as well as the Federal District Courts throughout Florida. I'm honored to serve as the Chair Elect of the Florida Bar's Criminal Law Section Executive Committee, Treasurer Elect of the Florida Bar's Council of Sections, and a Member of the Florida Bar's Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Committee. Outside the office, I am a husband and father to six incredible kids — three boys and three girls — and we love spending time together outdoors and traveling as a family.
