Hi, I'm Basyle Tchividjian. Most people just call me Boz. I've spent my entire career standing with survivors of sexual abuse, helping them seek justice against perpetrators and the institutions that fail to protect them. Today, my practice focuses exclusively on representing both child and adult survivors in civil cases nationwide.

Before becoming a civil litigator, I served as an assistant state attorney in Florida's Seventh Judicial Circuit, where I created and led the first sexual crimes division of that office. That experience taught me how to navigate some of the most sensitive and complex cases, and it's a foundation I still draw on every day. My background gives me a unique insight into faith communities. As the grandson of the late Doctor Billy Graham, I understand the institutional dynamics within churches, and I use that knowledge to hold these organizations accountable when they've caused harm.

In 2004, I founded Grace, which stands for Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment, and this organization was designed to equip faith based organizations to properly address abuse allegations and implement proper safeguards. Over the years, I've written extensively on child protection Coauthoring, the Child Safeguarding Policy Guide, and publishing scholarly articles on sexual abuse prevention. My work has been featured in outlets like The Washington Post, The New York Times, and NBC Nightly News, and I currently serve as an adjunct professor at my alma mater, Stetson University.

I lead Boz Law PA in DeLand, Florida, and proudly serve as an of counsel with NeJame Law advocating for survivors across Central Florida.
